Volunteer Opportunity: IT & Website Support Volunteer
Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated Individual to help maintain and improve PACC's digital presence. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience supporting a nonprofit's technology needs while building your portfolio and giving back to the community.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update PACC's website (built on Google Sites, hosted on Cloudflare)
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as they arise
Assist with basic web content updates (event pages, photos, announcements)
Support digital tools used for donor tracking, event registration, or communications
Help evaluate and recommend simple tech solutions to improve organizational efficiency
Provide occasional tech support for virtual meetings or events
Assist with basic data organization/spreadsheet work as needed
Support research and drafting for grant applications, including identifying funding opportunities and helping compile required documentation
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Basic familiarity with website platforms (Web building & hosting experience a plus, but not required)
Comfortable learning new tools independently
Reliable, organized, and responsive to communication
Interest in nonprofit/community service work
Recent or fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
