Our initiative, “Waste not, Heal more” focuses on collecting unused, unopened wound care supplies and distributing them to patients in need. All donated supplies will be carefully reviewed by our volunteers(RNs, LPNs and Physicians from Wound centers) to confirm that items are factory-sealed and within their expiration date before redistribution. This ensures that every patient receives materials that meet clinical safety standards.

The need for this effort is real. Many patients — particularly those who are uninsured, underinsured, or discharged without adequate resources — struggle to obtain necessary wound care supplies such as dressings, and antimicrobial products. Unused supplies that would otherwise go to waste can make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes and help reduce preventable wound complications, hospital readmissions, and emergency visits.
